I am going to be teaching and into. to psychology class next fall to juniors and seniors. I'd love a great textbook recommendation for the students. If you don't recommend a standard textbook, are there paperback books and article that you would recommend?
Thanks for your help!

Another for your MUST HAVE list is 'Thinking Skills for Peak Performance: Unleash Your Potential' is a new resource to teach SKILLS IN PERFORMANCE PSYCHOLOGY to high school students - published by Macmillan in Australia. It is quite unique and is designed to explicitly teach skills to help students increase performance in any are e.g.academic, music, sports public speaking etc. My students are loving the lessons. Can be taught in psychology, pastoral lessons or PE/ Health or as a co curricular program.
