On 60 Minutes this Sunday Katie Couric looks at the use on college campuses of "smart drugs" -- apparently, though, she's just referring to the use of prescription drugs for ADHD (like Adderall and Ritalin) which are being used by people who don't have the disorder to "boost their brain power."
