Prentice Hall Abnormal Psychology Textbooks includes an online appendix to the book which details the classification and assessment system of the DSM-IV-TR. The first eight pages of the PDF document includes a detailed listing of all the mental disorders with their code numbers. The second part of the appendix provides a basic explanation of the multiaxial assessment system.
